Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 sticks of butter, softened (let it be in room temperature for a time)
2 eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
2 packages (6 ounces each) of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions: Heat the oven to 375 degrees, Farenheit. Mix thoroughly the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Add next the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently stir in the chocolate chips. Take spoonfuls of dough and make balls. Put them 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet (a baking sheet should be able to fit 12 balls of dough). Press the balls a little with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in granulated sugar. Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are light brown. Let the cookies cool a little before taking them off the baking sheet with a spatula.
